Fresh and Healthy
In this workshop, you will learn to make a healthy and fresh menu with the best ingredients in the market. For this, you will use several cooking techniques and kitchen utensils such as a siphon, a smoker, marinated or the vacuum machine. You will also learn different tricks to help you manage these techniques and to make these dishes at your home like a real Chef.
Marinated and smoked mackerel on semi-green tomato tartare and cold goat cheese soup
Sea Bass with crunchy skin, citrus emulsion and fennel, olives and tomato salad
Osmosis pineapple in mint infusion, nutmeg crumble and yogurt foam
The Chef will contact you to agree on the time of arrival and changes to the menu as per your preferences, and to learn about your kitchen and equipment, as well as about any dietary restrictions, to ensure the best possible experience. When the date comes, the Chef will arrive at the agreed time with all the necessary ingredients and will manage the workshop. The participants will perform the recipes under the Chef’s guidance, tasting them in the end.
