Joana is a young Portuguese chef based in Madrid for more than a year. She was formed in The School of Hospitality and Tourism of Lisbon.

Her first contact with the professional kitchen was at the Feitoria Restaurant (Lisbon), Michelin star. Afterwards, and after going through several projects, she worked in the kitchens of the Boi Cavalo Restaurant, with author, creative and avant-garde style cuisine.

After her arrival to Madrid, he was part of the Bahía Taberna Restaurant team, with creative, Asian-inspired cuisine. She currently works in the kitchens of Club Matador, a private club with focus on culture, where the food is made with quality products and classic techniques applied to contemporary dishes, modern and author.
