Champagne!
It was a small monk who discovered the wills of Champagne back in the seventeenth century. Before him, the champagne region was dominated by red wine, despite the fact that sparkling wine already existed. It was through some studies and many tests that Pierre Perigon managed to change the course of history, the end of Formula 1 races and all the courts and moments of celebration - interestingly, one of his "assistants" in this process Mr. Thierry Ruinard. It was the events of those years that directed the Champagne course: from the exclusive use of the Pinot Noir grape, to the size of the vineyard, etc. Until that time the main enemy of champagne was the popular belief that it was the devil's wine - because of fermentation and heat, many of the bottles simply exploded.
