Sardines
Considered for years as a fish without great nutritional value, the sardine competes with other noble fish having, for example, more omega 3 than salmon.

It can prevent some diseases of the heart and it's also a very good food for memory and bones. To get an idea, a sardine has more calcium than a glass of milk.

No matter the small size of the sardine, it is enormous in nutritional terms. In addition to the previous mentioned omega 3 and calcium, it is also very rich in protein, vitamin D and vitamin B12. Experts say that they should be eaten grilled or roasted, but never fried because it destroys the main properties.
