Adam Brodrick is a genuine and passionate cook who joined Chichester College at the age of 15 to study hospitality and catering. The need to earn a living led to a match made in heaven, as Adam was born to juggle pots and pans, mix textures, scents and flavours and pay the utmost respect to his ingredients.

Adam’s journey as a professional cook has seen him embrace a wide variety of experiences which have been key to his growth, both as a person and as a chef. He has catered on cruise ships for thousands of guests at a time and worked in fine dining kitchens and Michelin starred restaurants, including Amberley Castle.

An entrepreneur at heart, Adam decided to venture out on his own as a private chef. His friendly personality and attention to detail are key ingredients which conquer the heart and the taste buds of his many loyal clients.

A proud father, Adam celebrates life in all he does, delighting the senses of those fortunate enough to savour his creations. He describes his style of cooking as classic food with a twist. All prepared with the freshest ingredients, of course.
