Chef Bruno Bezerra took his first steps in the kitchen with his mother, who from an early age encouraged him to develop his gastronomic career in Brazil and internationally.
He graduated in Gastronomy at IBMR University in Rio de Janeiro and became a partner of his mother in a seafood bistro, a business he still owns and continues to be a success and reference in his birthplace.
Looking for new challenges, he became Executive Chef at Sobe Restaurant, an award-winning restaurant in Rio de Janeiro, and decided to explore the world by experimenting, experiencing and thoroughly learning vegan cuisine, even settling in Portugal.
Now in Portuguese lands, there is already a project that summarizes everything that he learned among the animals, orchards, soils and languages that the Chef has experienced.
You can now get to know delights, vegan or traditional, with a taste of Brazil in the comfort of your home.

No fim do ano ofereci canapés para 2 jantares. Foi a primeira vez que fiz esta experiência. É uma boa ideia. Vou repetir. O Chef Bruno é simpático, organizado, asseado e atento aos pormenores. Eram tão bons...quero mais.

O Bruno é a simpatia em pessoa! Um prazer tê-lo a servir e apresentar um jantar muito bem confecionado com as suas duas grandes influências: brasil (de onde é originalmente) e vegan (a sua grande paixão atual).
