Born in Angola, Elsa Viana brings together the best gastronomies from around the world without ever forgetting the influences from her native land. As she puts it, she brings “mestiza food” to the table.

Elsa studied multiple languages as she grew up, and speaks fluent English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and, of course, Portuguese. But it was at Lenôtre’s Academy of High Gastronomy in France that she started her culinary dream, in a journey across experiences, delicacies and dialects from the four corners of the world. In her dishes, Chef Elsa shares her stories from places that go from Singapore to Bombay, from London to Sydney, passing through Europe and the Americas.

With experience in renowned restaurants such as Chef Joachim Koerper's Eleven* in Lisbon, or Hotel Fauchon (5 stars) in the mythical Place de la Madeleine in Paris, and having been Angola’s Gastronomic Ambassador at Expo Milano 2015, you can now count on Chef Elsa Viana at Supper Stars for a gastronomic journey at your own table, a pleasure shared with star personalities such as Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel, who Elsa Viana also served as a private Chef. And trust us: the monkfish poché in black olive oil, the grouper carpaccio or the Iberian pork cheeks with acid reduction of tamarind, among many others, are dishes to eat and cry for more.
