Ricardo Lourenço is Portuguese by birth but Parisian by choice, having built his career in the City of Light.

Graduated from the French School of Culinary Arts at École Ferrandi, Chef Ricardo Lourenço began his career as a trainee at the starred Le Clovis* in 1993. From then on, his career was nothing less than impressive, having worked in nine (yes, nine) Michelin starred restaurants, totalling 15 stars.

Just to mention a few, we highlight the Le Cinq***, at Hotel Jorge V, where he was Chef de Partie with the team that won the restaurant’s third Michelin star, the Ledoyen***, where he worked for more than four years having been 1st Chef de Partie, the legendary La Tour D'Argent*, where he worked for four years as a Second-in-Command, a role he also had at Sur Mesure**, at Palace Hotel Mandarin Oriental in Paris.

Chef Ricardo Lourenço has returned to Portugal to dedicate himself to personal projects, allowing us to experience his wonderful and delicate culinary creations, and to enjoy the highest French cuisine at our table.

Foi uma experiencia única que ultrapassou as expectativas. Foi incrível poder ir acompanhando a confeção dos pratos e o chef partilhar connosco aquilo o inspira. Faz-nos sentir muito especiais! :)
