His passion for cooking was born at the age of 8, while he worked in the kitchen with his mother. Self-taught chef, and after going through several projects, the Chef decided to specialize in rice with the opening in 2005 of his own Restaurant El Arroz y Especialidades.

In recent years he has participated in the elaboration of the gastronomic offer of several hotels, among others of Hospederías de Aragón.

He Enjoy's innovating and giving the touch of Basque cuisine in the preparation of traditional dishes with the best ingredients.
