His profession says draftsman, his passion, chef. After twenty years in the real estate world, he decides to dedicate himself to what excites him, the kitchen. Lover of good gastronomy, he likes to make his guests enjoy.
He joins with force into this world. It starts with an internship at the Eurostars Hotel in Madrid, which confirms his vocation for cooking. He stays as an assistant cook. This experience will serve him to work in caterings for events. And he continues to work, research and teach cooking lessons. In these moments, he is studying a Master in Gastronomy by the ESAH (Etudios Abiertos de Hostelería) of Zaragoza.
He combines his training with the realization of chef services at home. For the Chef, the kitchen is a stimulant and he transmits it at all times while he prepares his dishes.
Curious, restless and innovative is open to all kinds of flavors. From the Mediterranean to the Asian cuisine. His great interest in vegan and vegetarian cuisine leads him to enter in this world with passion and to cook nutritious and healthy dishes, with natural and quality raw materials
