In this menu, you will find true and genuine flavours of Portuguese cooking. The duck combined with some of the ingredients of the traditional “Cozido” will delight everyone. To finish off this meal I propose a dessert inspired in traditional confectionary from the Alentejo region.

Duck stew (“Cozido”) with savoy cabbage and black pork smoked sausage
Almond “Quindim” with raspberries
