In the realm of Portuguese Chefs, Fábio Pereira is a rising star and we are certain you will hear a lot from him in the future.

His peers praise his perfect technique, knife skills worthy of a gangster, a rare palate and a contagious personality. Despite his young age, his resume is impressive. After stays at renowned restaurants in the north of Portugal, he moved to Lisbon to work at 100 Maneiras, Ljubomir Stanisic’s restaurant, where he was promoted from 2nd cook to sous chef, a role he also embraced at Bica do Sapato, the restaurant owned by Manuel Reis and John Malkovich. More recently, he accepted a new challenge at the Ritz Four Seasons in Lisbon.

We stand before a fresh Chef with a very interesting path, having mastered the secrets of traditional dishes like Pork Knee and Tripe, and modern dishes like Ray in Beurre Noisette and the amazing Beef Burger with “Queijo da Serra” (a traditional Portuguese cheese). He is also a devoted fan of the football team of Porto, and Supper Stars bets that Fábio will win many awards and trophies, just like his club. He is a Chef to follow with utmost attention and a huge appetite!
