Federico Tognu is an Italian Chef who has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. He has traveled throughout Europe and America working as a professional Chef but had also the opportunity to launch his own restaurant named "Locanda del Leon d'Oro" in the area of the maresme.
Currently, his passion is going to the clients' house and doing what he likes the most: cooking and talking with people. In his creations he puts all the high-level professional experience he has gathered at the service of celebrations and events.
