Born and raised in a small town in the south of Sicily, Francesco Ingargiola’s first steps in the kitchen were at his family’s house. Here, any event was the perfect occasion to serve guests and to learn about hospitality, fresh ingredients and flavours. These were lifelong lessons, reinforced as Francesco became a professional Chef in Spain, where he moved to after completing his studies in Perugia.
In Madrid, Francesco learned from the best, having worked in the Michelin starred kitchens of Álbora* and of La Cabra*. Together with his experience in other restaurants, such as Bosco de Lobos and La Porcineria, Francesco consolidated his style and identity as a Chef: the utmost respect for seasonal ingredients, with scents and flavours that convey his love for the Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.
