In this workshop you will learn all the baking techniques necessary to make these traditional cakes a real success in your family meetings. We will know their origins, peculiarities, and everything you need for advance preparation, conservation, and very up-to-date presentations.

The Chef will contact you to agree on the time of arrival and changes to the menu as per your preferences, and to learn about your kitchen and equipment, as well as about any dietary restrictions, to ensure the best possible experience. When the date comes, the Chef will arrive at the agreed time with all the necessary ingredients and will manage the workshop. The participants will perform the recipes under the Chef’s guidance, tasting them in the end.
You can turn this workshop into a sat lunch or dinner, as well as to provide additional services, such as drinks, tableware and venue. For these or any other special requests, please contact us.
