Elegimos la opción por nuestro aniversario y así poder tener una experiencia en casa estando los niños. Nos encantó el menú, la facilidad con la que lo personalizamos, el chef, el menú y la sensación de estar en un restaurante de categoría sin salir de casa. Todo estaba riquísimo y el chef super atento y discreto. Encima luego estaba toda la cocina como si no hubiera pasado nada, repetiremos.

In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare a menu showcasing distinct and pleasant textures and new ways to plating, using a whole generation of natural ingredients. The workshop includes the preparation of a complete menu, with 4 recipes where you will learn different molecular cooking techniques such as spherification, foams, "airs", gels and gelatins.
Amuse Bouche
Gilda spoon (olive, marinated anchovy and piparra chilli spherification)
Cold and hot siphon vermouth
Pumpkin and orange cream with parmesan cheese clouds, Modena vinegar pearls and green oil
Main Course
Low temperature sole, garlic smooth cream, black garlic, a touch of sherry and crunchy tapioca
Coffee siphon cake, salt chocolate dirt, bourbon slush, chocolate ice cream and tangerine gel
The Chef will contact you to agree on the time of arrival and changes to the menu as per your preferences, and to learn about your kitchen and equipment, as well as about any dietary restrictions, to ensure the best possible experience. When the date comes, the Chef will arrive at the agreed time with all the necessary ingredients and will manage the workshop. The participants will perform the recipes under the Chef’s guidance, tasting them in the end.
