Venison carpaccio with pickled vegetables, burnt butter mayonnaise and onion dust

Surf & Turf: Azores sirloin steak with secret sauce, onion rings, spicy fig jam, prawns and smoked ham

Scallop ceviche with sweet potato purée and chips and tiger milk

Sweet potato gnocchi with quail confit, butter and muscatel wine sauce and pak choi cabbage

Pistachio Pavlova and lemon curd
The Chef arrives at the agreed time (2 hours before the meal starts) with all the required ingredients and equipment. The Chef prepares and serves the meal, and cleans the kitchen in the end.
