A dinner with friends at Arzak, in San Sebastian, Spain, was the pivotal moment that led Pedro Passos to embrace a new mission in life. After an extraordinary and unique meal, he had the opportunity to visit this restaurant’s kitchen. As he experienced that moment, observing all the top cooks fully focused on producing spectacular meals, he decided he wanted to become one them.

A materials engineering graduate from Instituto Superior Técnico, and with over 10 years working experience in IT, Chef Pedro Passos left it all behind for the art of food.

He first studied at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa, then went on to work at some of the most famous and starred kitchens in Portugal and in the World, such as Eleven and Feitoria in Lisbon, The Fat Duck in England and Oaxen Krog in Sweden.

Now you can have Chef Pedro Passos serving his delicate creations and his methodical cuisine at your home.
