Brendan Otero
The Madrilenian Chef of Irish origin, began his training at Hotel Escuela de la Comunidad de Madrid.
After going through the kitchen of the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant, Quique Dacosta in Denia (Alicante), he returned to Madrid to work as a kitchen assistant at the legendary restaurant in Madrid, Zalacaín.
His traditional Spanish cuisine, but with avant-garde touches led him to Mexico, where he served as Master of Culinary Arts and during that same period he was Chef and co-owner of the Puerta Grande Restaurant.
