Giada Sassoni
Giada Sassoni was born and raised in Bologna, where she worked for over 10 years in local restaurants before moving to London. Here, she worked with Chef Nicola Ducceschi at the Crown Aspinall´s Club before joining the team at the 1 Michelin-starred restaurant Cotidie* under the helm of Chef Bruno Barbieri, one of the most renowned Italian Chefs holding multiple Michelin stars. Giada Sassoni has since moved to the Balearic Islands, working in different projects throughout the years, and gaining experience as a Private Chef.
Chef Giada’s cuisine reflects her journey, bringing together the use of quality and seasonal products and the balance of a dish characteristic from Italian cuisine, as well as the technique and international influences from her stay in London. All seasoned with a lot of love and passion in every pinch of salt.
