Gastronomy is a great way to share and express one's culture and that is what this Chef thought when he finished his studies in one of the best gastronomy schools in Argentina, the Instituto Gastronómico Argentino. Therefore, after working in several establishments in La Plata (Argentina), his hometown, he went to Colombia and Uruguay, learning about their ingredients and recipes and in 2017 he arrives in Spain.
Now in Barcelona, where he currently resides, he is discovering the Spanish cuisine.
His Italo-Argentine roots show up in his dishes with elaborations such as pancake or mascarpone ice cream, to which he gives his personal touch.
After a brief break in Buenos Aires, he returns to Barcelona where he currently offers his services as a private Chef.
