Passion about the kitchen, with a great sense of responsibility and desire to learn, have led this Argentine Chef to develop different projects in the gastronomy world from caterings to hospitality advisor.
Her first-time cooking was at 8 years old for Father's Day. From then on, in all her family birthdays she was the one who cooked. One of the best memories of Chef Gabriela’s childhood, were watching cooking shows with her mother and trying to replicate recipes afterwards. With her Italian grandmother and Spanish grandmother, she learned how to make homemade pasta and the bases of culinary. Gabriela always liked to cook, but she saw it more as a hobby than a profession.
At the age of 23, Gabriela moved to Spain. At the time, the gastronomy in Spain was at the height of its revolution with Adriá in the foreground and for the Chef was already clear that cooking was her true calling. She studied at the Hoffman Cooking School in Barcelona, while she began to give classes as a teacher's assistant at Telva Cooking School. It is there where she discovered her second great passion: to teach.
Currently, she is the Chef of the actor Richard Gere when he is in Spain and runs her own cooking school. She was invited as one of the instructors of the Masterchef TV program to teach candidates aspiring to professional chefs. Teaching gives her many satisfactions. She loves to transmit emotions her dishes and reminding memories. The food as an emotion and the importance of its presentation on the plate.
